Q. When trying to access a particular page I receive an error message. What do I do now?
 
A. From time to time there are coding errors within the Gordon Pape Website and are refered to as "Oops Messages". We will need the specific error that you receive, so that we can get to the error & fix it. Copy the error message into an email and send it to : webmaster@gordonpape.com
Q.How do I access my subscription?
 
A. Once our circulation department has processed your subscription, you will be sent an email which will give you a login name and a password. Access to the members section can be achieved by entering this information in the login window.
 
Open the login window by clicking on LOGIN on the top Nav bar.
Q.I have lost my password email and can't remember it. How can I get a reminder?
 
A. There are two ways to get a password reminder:
1. Email Kim Pape with the subject heading: "password / login reminder request"
2. If you have filled in your Password reminder question, Click on "Forgot Password" and fill in the appropriate areas.
Q.I have a subscription which allows me access to the gordonpape.com members section but when I try to access a member page through a bookmarked page I receive an Oops message.
 
A. New security features require that all members login through our homepage. No member page may be accessed through a bookmark.
Q. Previously your site used cookies. I don't like having my browser accept cookies. Do I still require that my browser accept cookies?
 
A. The member section of the Gordon Pape Website, no longer requires that your browser accept cookies to access. We still currently have one cookie set up that will keep your login name active when you go to the homepage. If you do not wish to have your browser accept cookies, it just means that the "Login" portion of the login form will need to be filled in every time you wish to enter the member section.
When ordering products from our bookstore, your cookies will need to be turned "on" if you wish to order more than one item at a time.
Please reference your browsers HELP file to see how to turn cookies on and off.
Q.My email address has undergone a change. How can I update my account?
 
A. Members may change their account information by clicking on the "Account" option under Information.
Q.What information can I change in relation to my account?
 
A. Members may change any piece of personal information ( login, pasword, email address ) in the "Account" area of the members section

Q.What is the Opt-Out status about?
 
A. All subscribers may "opt-out" of third party mailings by going to the Account area of the member section and choosing the opt-out option. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information
Q.What is the MFU / IWB word wrap?
 
A. Certain email programs do not have the ability to "wrap" long lines of text, resulting in newsletters that go far beyond the right hand margin. This wordwrap option will tell our circulation department to send your newsletter in a wrapped form where each line will contain no more than 75 characters.
